whoa that is incredibly ugly picture of me in the sombrero.. what was i thinking of posting that pic! aiyah..
So i have been reading the Economist just because GMAT prep people "highly" recommend the reading to widen my breath of material for the exam. Well it sucks. haha. it doesn't suck that bad actually, i find it to be intellectually stimulating and it does widen my "breath" of what is out there. Not hating on the fans of US weekly and whatever Perez Hilton is dishing out this week, but there are very substantial articles that have a wide affect for you and me.. my rambling of the economist click-here.
I've been trying to search deep with-in to find what i truly desire in life. One minute it is to be on top of the world, the next is to be a Chef, the next is to be nomad, next it to be an entrepreneur, next is Sports analyst, next is ... there will always be a next but what about a now? I find myself debating what i want now vs what i want next.. it is totally true on we need to satisfy our inner most being by believing in the center of what our hearts desire... i probably fumbled up that saying but its code for me to understand.. comprende?
a passage from this evening small group: (paint this picture)
21"No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment. If he does, the new piece will pull away from the old, making the tear worse. 22And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. If he does, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. No, he pours new wine into new wineskins."
Yes.. been trying to dig deeper into the heart.. and the heart is prevailing as I have been able to attend small group for the past few weeks --amen!
Speaking of next... Columbian espresso with an almond-biscotti and for good measure the "Leaders" column of the Economist..
